Frost description makes sense
Added "themes" datapack path, whichs holds data that modifiers can use to replace blocks around the explosion to give it a "theme".
Added "frost" modifier: craft with ice, uses "frost" theme and applies freezing to nearby entities.

Flame particles are built on ticks, not frames.
Dynamite flame particles are based on ticks, not frames. Added support for potions with CustomPotionEffects.
Explosions have potion-colored particle effects if potion modifier is applied.

Initial upload to Modrinth. Five tiers of dynamite, demolition table has two recipe types: one to upgrade tiers, and one to add modifiers. Current modifiers: "light" - feather, "flame" - fire charge, "contained" - any wool.
