Changes:

• Complete the Yttr quest tree.
• Polish out a "spine" botania quest tree - just details the absolute basic material progression.

• Add Create, Botania, Yttr, and Create: Slice and Dice.
• Add backup atlas tiles for yttr biomes
• Add rightclickharvest integration for yttr
• hide and remove recipes for overlapping create blocks with C+
• Add a few (but not all) quests for the 3 mods - revisions to come.
