reduce_blockstate_cache_rebuildsmixin (upstream)- Currently, ModernFix for mc1.20.2 has a bug in which it can cause structures to not generate in their proper places. Disabling this mixin temporarily fixes the issue, however it's a key optimization of MF and should be re-enabled once the bug is fixed. This issue does not affect other Minecraft versions.
