we do some second release
changes:
- added a configuration (two new options: "Display own name", "Display other players name")
- added integration with mod menu (only if you play on version 1.19 or later, else - change the configuration settings via the file minecraft/config/whoareyou.properties, im sorry)
- added russian and ukrainian translation
