Fix SlashBladeDefinition
Fix a bug that tooltip & durability won't display correctly in Multiplayer.
Add 2 SlashBlade Events: SlashBladeEvent.PowerBladeEvent & SlashBladeEvent.UpdateAttackEvent.
For Dev:
SlashBladeEvent.PowerBladeEvent will be fired when SlashBlade need be "powered", default result is entity has Hunger or Strength effect.
