-Fix registry nonsense pointed out by unascribed

-This fixes compatibility with mods that utilize have biome music thats registered after OstOverhaul initializes (this includes unascribed's Yttr which you should totally check out)

-Bump version to 1.19.1 -Make sure to check the new config options if you have custom music discs -Config should update itself automatically with the new options, but if for some reason your game is crashing try deleting the config in .minecraft/config/ost-overhaul.json

-Fix a minor bug that would cause crashes in rare circumstances

If you install this version to the client no music would play

No assets + Empty Default Config

To be installed into servers to allow for structure music syncing while allowing for vanilla clients to join without issues

-Ported to 1.18.2

IMPORTANT:

if you already had the mod installed before you will have to delete the config located in .minecraft/config/ost-overhaul.json due to the removal of biome categories I'm implementing something so this doesn't happen again sorry about the inconvenience
