This update adds 3 new nappies/diapers
these are phantom nappies, all the buffs none of the armour states.
This update was to make NappyCraft compliant with Regressia's mission statement that is to keep all users safe online
New gamerules added DoNappyWarning and DoManualWetting for server owners and map makers.
DoNappyWarning is can be set to false if the users already agree to nappies before joining so the server owner as already stated the theme of the server.
DoManualWetting can be set to false to disable the /wet command so users are mode to drink items to become wet.
The NappyCraft API as been updated to now accept drink options forge:isdrinkable there for custom mods can add this tag and NappyCraft will include them items been drank to have a chance to wet.
New NappyCraft safety warning added to the mod to follow the wish's of Regressia to make people aware that other users will be showing there virtual nappies
Fixed spelling/wording mistakes in the White Nappy and Galaxy Nappy and some verbs was tweaked to what scope they used.

We have updated our buff system where if the game rule /gamerule doNappyBuffs is set to false will disable all buffs, this will also disable add-on nappies as long as they have used the buff system and not tried to get around our requests and rules for our add-on system.
We have also fixed a Whire bug, this means the people whom saw Whire rather then White can stop cleaning there glasses it was a spelling mistake on my part lol this also could be the last update to 1.19.2 but we are not sure yet they could be one or two more updates but soon as we release 1.120.x what ever version is out for 1.19.2 at that time will become the final version and not get any of the 1.120.x updates.
