KubeJS EnderIO

This mod adds KubeJS integration to EnderIO.

Current features:

• full support and builders for all recipe types
• the ability to filter inherited vanilla smelting recipes from the Alloy Smelter
• an event to register custom conduits (currently energy conduits only)

Keep in mind that EnderIO is currently in alpha and will regularly change recipe internals!
This might result in functionality breaking. Please report any issues you experience.
