Added Hopkeleton

• It spawns nearby skeletons like stunt skeletons.
• It uses hop to approach to its target.
• Attacks villagers, golems, and players.

• Added damage animation to stunt skeleton
• Reduced the least amount of leap attack height

• Changed the name of mutant skeleton to "stunt skeleton".
• Improved the kick animation of stunt skeleton.
• Gave better moving system to stunt skeleton. Now their movement will fit to their animation much better than before!
• Now stunt skeletons will start to sprint if their hp is lower than 50%.

Added some configs for mutant skeleton.

Made accuracy of mutant skeleton's jump attack even more accurate.
