- partly rewrote the buni spawner to more closely follow the vanilla chains
- reduced spawn rate by roughly 60% (bugfix + reduced base chance from 1/800 to 1/1024)
- reduced spawn cap by 50% (100 -> 50)
- reduced group size from 3-5 to 1-2
- added a tag for entities that the buni will naturally target rather than defaulting to everyone
- added a config for spawn chance, min and max spawn radius, and spawn cap
- added repellant behavior similar to piglins, in a 16x8x16 area
- added sound event for when this happens
thrown bunis should no longer collide with others

- evil buni no longer picks up items
- thrown bunis have 1-damage hurtboxes
- head turns when not doing a special animation
