This datapack simply adds a 50% chance for each skeleton to spawn with a random tipped arrow. For skeletons that do spawn with a tipped arrow, the probability for each type of tipped arrow is as follows:

You can manually change these probabilities inside the Skeletons With Tipped Arrows.zip/data/skeletons_with_tipped_arrows/function/roll.mcfunction file.
If you want to remove the datapack, run /function skeletons_with_tipped_arrows:uninstall.
