Oxidize Copper

• Updated for 25w31a with new pack format properties.

⚠️ This version doesn't handle the new block types yet, such as copper golem statues and copper chests.

• Can now oxidize copper doors. The whole copper blocks set is now officially supported.
• Now oxidize blocks without triggering neighbors blocks update (strict).
• Reworked the oxidizing system completely to dynamically set the block states.
• Fixed critical issues in the uninstalling process that could jointly affect other installed KawaMoods data packs.

• Compatibility with the 1.20.5 to 1.21 versions of Minecraft.
• Now affect copper bulbs, copper grates, copper trapdoors and chiseled coppers on 1.21.
• Upgraded with the V.3 core of Kawa Mood's data pack, involving more reliability and optimizations.
