Pious Blade
Your blade is your most trusted weapon, use it wisely.

Parry
Deflect damage with a quick reaction, or even defy the ground.
- Secondary + attack with your sword deflects opponents attack
- Parrying the ground after falling will negate fall damage
Mobile
You specialize in quick movements and planned attacks.

Impel
Swiftly change your momentum to dart around attacks.
- Press primary while holding a movement key to dash [A-W-D]
Wound
Lunge into your enemy, lacerating them and causing them to bleed out.
- Holding primary and attacking will cause you to use all impel charges
- Enemies hit with your lunge will lose health over time
Focus
You aren't concerned with passive defense, preferring instead to go head to head with attackers.
- You have 4 less armor bars
- You cannot use your offhand
In-depth descriptions
Pious Blade
You begin with an iron sword. Any other melee weapon is half as effective, but your sword is unbreakable and you keep it on death. you can rename and enchant your sword however you like, but if you somehow lose it you must combine a feather and an iron sword to create a brand new one.
Parry
Hold secondary and left click to parry, this gives you a short window of invulnerability and can only be activated when your parry resource is full (short cooldown). Parrying the ground while falling will give you a bit of upward momentum as you slash the floor. You deal no damage while holding secondary.
Mobile
You have advanced air movement. This comes in the form of extra air speed, slow falling, and a double jump. you take a slightly reduced rate of fall damage.
Impel
Pressing primary while holding W/A/S/D will give you a dash in your chosen direction. It stops downward momentumn and has 3 charges that recharge slowly after touching the ground. Alternatively, parrying the ground also grants all 3 charges.
Wound
Holding primary and pressing attack will do a big dash in the direction you're facing. You lose 'Mobile' and 'Impel' for a few seconds afterwards, but anything you hit while dashing will be lacerated, and take bleeding damage over time (4 hearts total).
Focus
Putting something in your offhand will throw it on the ground. You have 3 less armour bars at full.
