Jetpack Boots

This datapack allows you to combine any boots with elytra to give them elytra's powers of flying! You CAN use trimmed or enchanted piece of boots, all its components will stay on it. But there's one small bug which can be overlooked and I believe is unfixable:

WHEN YOU UPGRADE DIAMOND JETPACK BOOTS TO NETHERITE, THE NAME WILL STILL SAY "Diamond Jetpack Boots" BECAUSE (i think) IT'S HARDCODED TO THE GAME. ENCHANTS AND TRIMS WILL STAY ON IT AND EVERYTHING ELSE SHOULD WORK COMPLETELY FINE

I also plan to make a texture pack that will change the texture (or possibly the model) of the boots to rocket boots, but that will be added later in case I will develop it.
