Fullbright Datapack

This Datapack adds /trigger fullbright sub-command to make vanilla-friendly and optimization mods compatible fullbright. Command let's you give infinite night vision to yourself.

IMPORTANT NOTE, PLEASE READ!

Currently, if you die with fullbright on, after respawn you have to use command 2 times (if you want to turn fullbright on), because the game thinks you have it on. So you basically have to turn it off and on.

I will try to fix it, but I don't know in which version of the datapack it will be.
