Yet Another Bingo

Update built-in tier lists in preparation for 1.21.4

New "Pause when viewing card" option for singleplayer (enabled by default)

Added more "End game when" behavior (#118)

• e.g. /bingo options end_when teams_win 3 to end once 3 teams have won the game

Moved some commands to reduce clutter:

• /bingo elytra -> /bingo options elytra
• /bingo night_vision -> /bingo options night_vision
• /bingo preview_card -> /bingo options preview_card
• /bingo stats -> /bingostats

Fixed some incorrect item images (prismarine) on the vanilla map
