Added enableModifiers config option (default: true) to control whether items can be placed as warp modifiers to apply status effects on teleports
Added is_on_any_vehicle warp condition
Added is_on_vehicle(entity_type) warp condition
Added has_empty_inventory warp condition
Added is_wearing_any_armor warp condition
Added has_item(item, count) warp condition (unlike add_item_cost this will not consume the item)
Added dismount() warp function to force-dismount the player
Fixed bottom waystone half not getting correct origin block state set
