Updated to 1.20.4!

Removed the damage command as it already exists ;)

Made the /skull command a lot simpler. It is now /skull player_name and you don't have to give it your name, just player's name that you want a head of.

Fixed most bugs with transfering to NeoForge (Don't worry forge isn't gone I'm just to lazy (v)
