Version [1.20.1-0.9.17] Performance Update

General Changes

• Added New Auto Performance System. Performance modes can range from the following: Potato -> Low -> Medium -> High. Various aspects of gameplay like sculk population limits, cursor speed, cursor population, max active nodes, etc are affected by this. If your tps is below a specific threshold for 10 seconds, performance mode will be downgraded. If you are above a tps threshold for 5 minutes, performance mode will upgrade.
• Added Priorities to Block Infestation Tables and Block Infestation Table Entries. This will allow modders such to be able to more easily add their own block infestation entries.
• Added Modding API to my mod. Right now its only for the block infestation system, but I will expand it further to allow for easier addon making.
• Added Infested Variants of Stairs
• Added Infested Variants of Slabs
• Added Infested Variants of Fences
• Added Infested Variants of Fence Gates
• Added Infested Variants of Walls
• Added German Translation
• Added additional config options for sculk phantoms. (Delete your config file to update it)
• Added speed multipliers for infestation and purification cursors in config. (Delete your config file to update it)
• Updated Xaeros Minimap Icons for Sculk Mobs.
• Updated English Translations for entity names.
• Updated Russian Translations.
• Updated Deeper and Darker Compatability.
• Updated Status and Status All command to include information about performance.
• Updated Config command to reflect changes.
• Fixed Crash Related to Null Check.
• Fixed Typo with Sculk Enderman in the scouting announcement.
• Replaced enableAmountOfBeeHives() method with an async method to improve performance.
• Removed majority of performance options in config.
