Changes

• Added block event depth information (colloquially known as "BED" or "microtick") to the block_event event type.
• New Toggle Tick Marker hotkey (default Y): this hotkey adds/removes a marker at the currently selected tick in the HUD (as a red highlight around that column). At the bottom of the HUD a counter displays the number of ticks between the currently selected tick and the marked tick.

Fixes

• Scrolling in RSMM UIs sometimes doesn't work until you move the mouse.
