Improved owned entity handling. Should be more consistent between features and support more types of ownership.
Fixed forceloads beyond the configured limit often not working for server claims, which aren't supposed to have a limit.
Fixed the removal of the server-info file causing expiration times for objects to be even/much longer than if the timer simply restarted.
Fixed defaultconfigs not being used for the global claim configs stored in the serverconfig folder.
Fixed saved confirmed activity times not being loaded for player claims, causing claims to never expire on servers that restart frequently enough.
