MEGA Cells

• Reworked and overhauled bulk compression system
  • Fixed compression not properly handling chains where multipliers change between variants e.g. from 4 to 9
  • Added support for overriding reversible recipe checks via a tag — it is now possible to compress materials such as Nether Quartz and Amethyst
• Made bulk cell components cheaper still to craft
• Switched to ender dust convention tags for 4M and 16M component recipes
• Made sky steel blocks fire-resistant as per the ingot
• Fixed MEGA pattern provider block not accepting items from external sources such as hoppers on Fabric
• Forge release builds no longer ship with datagen code
