- Updated the dependent library version to the latest.
- Permissions for commands are now different, and the permissions themselves are now registered automatically at the operator level.
- Removed full command options.
- Removed the parameter in the config that adds improvements to /checkleg. Now this can be done simply by adding a special permission.
