Fixes

-Fixed Shotgun Pellets depleating unusual amount of durability from armor

-Fixed Roots not being plantable on wart blocks

-Fixed Soul Fire being lightable on faces of certain blocks which shouldn't support it

-Fixed nether fog overriding all other fog changes such as soul glass or ectoplasm

-Piglins are now properly afraid of and run from Vessels and Banshees as intended
