Changelog

Ditched Fabric API's data attachment API in favor of my own custom implementation
- Doing so fixed several multiplayer and old-world data sync bugs and enables pre-1.21.4 ports
Data storage will now clean up after itself if you ever destroy a sign when the mod is missing then reinstall the mod
Added logic to migrate and clean up after KetKet's Better Hanging Signs datapack. No more manually removing all those signs before switching - the mod will do it automatically!
Backported to 1.21.2/1.21.3
