The turtle charging station is a block that can charge CC:Tweaked turtles using Forge Energy. Just give it some energy and place turtles adjacent to it.

The maximum energy capacity and the FE/fuel conversion rate can be customized through configs.

Thundercharge Dynamo

A block that absorbs lightning energy to produce FE. When struck by lightning, it becomes charged with energy. The more lightning strikes it absorbs, the higher its charge increases.
When a charged dynamo has an adjacent block capable of accepting energy, it charges it.
It can also provide energy to cables from other mods or through conductive blocks (like copper blocks, gold blocks or chains).
