Extended Crafting

Release 6.1.0 for MC 1.19.2

Changes:

- Added the Flux Crafter
  - Works similarly to the Ender Crafter, but uses FE
  - The Flux Crafter will take FE from the Flux Alternators at the rate set by the recipe
  - Recipes can configure the total amount of power required to craft, as well as the rate each Flux Alternator supplies power

- Added a custom renderer for The Ultimate Block
  - The block now interpolates the same way all of the items do
- Added back the Input List from previous versions to the Combination Crafting JEI category
  - Hover over the clipboard to see an alternating list of all the items required for a Combination Crafting recipe
- Removed redundant Jade integration for Pedestals
- Updated Ender Crafter and Ender Alternator textures
- Fixed rendering issues with the output item in the Crafting Core screen
