Ender Utilities

• Fix Handy Bag & Creation Station crafting grids not working properly with items that have been staged with Recipe Stages
• Fix the Ender Tools consuming the items in creative mode when right clicking to place blocks
• Fix the Ender Elevator using the wrong bounding box to get entities (affected very small entities on top of bottom-half slab or layer variants)
• Fix the Handy Bag tooltips being missing
• Fix the Toggle mode in the Drawbridges not working if the length is 1
• Fix the Item Pickup Manager not allowing to send items to a vanilla Ender Chest
• Add a separate keybind for "keybound unselected" items
• Handy Bag: Change the restock/pickup modes to be stored on the cards, and thus be per-card
• Ender Furnace: Only allow inserting smeltable items from the top
• Support custom (End) dimensions better in parts of the code
• Save WotLB template data on the I/O thread
• Add a check to only allow binding to inventories in a couple of items that were missing it
• Clarify some Inserter tooltips
