Bucket of Wet Slop

• Added custom status effect that is applied to the player when they enter slop
• Using an empty bottle on wet slop gives the player a bottle of slop instead of a water bottle
• Create slop bottles and slop arrows also are now defined as slop bottles instead of uncraftable potions
• Slightly changed a death message

Jar file was compiled with github actions.
