Blasting Base/Modded Metal Blocks

I did some preliminary testing with both Minecraft versions from 1.18.0 to 1.20.1 and the Quilt loader. Everything looked good, but I also couldn't spend a lot of time testing each one (finals and all). So if you have any trouble, please let me know.
