Axes Are Weapons

1.5.1:

• add "All Tools Are Weapons" config switch which will apply all features of this mod to Pickaxes, Shovels and Hoes as well (disabled by default) (note that this might make it harder to get the enchantments you actually want)

• add config switch to make Silk Touch and Looting compatible (enabled by default)
