- Renamed the following functions in the ME Bridge:
listFluid->listFluidslistGas->listGaseslistCraftableFluid->listCraftableFluids

- Fixed that fluids would always return the
namekey with the valueminecraft:fluid - Fixed that several AP features do not work on dedicated servers. A few of them are chat box events, player detector events, villager trades and villager structures
- Fixed that functions which interact with fluid handlers would not work.
