HOTFIX UPDATE

Additions:

• Added SFX to Iron Man Models 2 and 3
• Added new Random Power (Weighted) item which is creative only and does the same thing as the Random Power (Unweighted) item that was previously in, but now it weighs the stronger powers in the addon.

Fixes:

• Fixed Rescue (Model V)'s Helmet not having an opening animation
• Fixed Magnetism Effect not working
