Bedrock Bone Meal

• Made it easier to use bone meal on sugar cane when looking across a lot of sugar cane
  • Added trigger to move the sugar cane interaction when looking at a different sugar cane than earlier
• Fixed using bone meal on sugar cane from above
  • Changed sugar cane interaction to be taller so you can interact with it from above
• Fixed breaking small flowers while holding bone meal
  • Allowed breaking small flowers through the interaction
